Dessyla van Wyk is a 24 year old Namibian student who moved to India in 2017 to pursue her degree. She is doing her bachelors in Business Administration specializing in Media and Communication from the School of Film and Media at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune.

Dessyla is the eldest from her 2 siblings from which one is in high school and one is till in primary school.
